The Polysleep Memory Foam Pillow can be adjusted from 2" up to 9" inches in height, depending on the number of layers you decide to use.

Our 4 layers of foams are latex free & antimicrobial (Certified ISO 20743).
The foam of our Polysleep Pillows are handcrafted in Montreal. Our suppliers have been carefully chosen for their knowledge and expertise, but also for their commitment to sustainable development. Our mattresses are made in Canada, our memory foam pillows are made in Canada, even our boxes are made in Canada (from recycled materials)! In addition, no mattresses are destroyed, they benefit people in need or are fully recycled in the event of a return. The cover of our Pillow are made in China.
We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous Unites States states. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico and any other US Territories. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Our 4 layers of foams are certified by the CertiPUR-US® program, meaning they are made without ozone depleting chemicals and regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commision Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emission for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, you may return it for a full refund within this 30 night period by contacting a member of the Polysleep team at support@polysleep.com. We will help you coordinate the return of your pillow!
We work hard to limit our environmental impact, including reducing our carbon footprint.
Every day, we work with our customers to ensure that they have the best possible idea of our products: an approach that allows us to limit the number of returns to 1 per household.
Therefore, we ask our customers to consider this factor before making a return, in order to participate with us in this more responsible approach.
Though we try our hardest, we are not responsible for a late package. Once our transporters have picked up the box, the responsibility is in their hands. We are not responsible for the delivery date, delays in the delivery, etc. In case of issues with delivery ( Ex: You received a delivery notification, but no package was at your door), you have up to 48 hours after the delivery notification to inform us. After 48h, you must contact the transporter directly. For more information or questions, please get in touch with our customer service.

Unlike a down-filled pillow which gets lumpy, our Ultimate Memory Foam Pillow uses multiple layers of adjustable foam. The foam quickly regains and maintains it's original form, meaning there is no fluffing required. You may want to re-adjust the levels of foam to best suit your sleeping position.

It depends on the size of your mattress. Customers who have a Twin, Full or Queen sized Ultimate Mattress might prefer our standard size Ultimate pillows for optimal comfort. For Customers who have a King or California King Ultimate mattress, our King sized Ultimate Pillows are the best fit!

The Polysleep Pillow is designed to fit standard pillow cases. We made sure to take this into account in case annual pillow-fights increase.
